How do I register on the platform?
Simply click the register button on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify your email. It's quick and easy!
Make sure to use a valid phone number for verification. It only takes about 5 minutes to complete the process.
After registration, don't forget to complete your profile to access all features. This is important for security purposes.
What payment methods are accepted?
They accept all major banks like BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Also have e-wallet options such as GCash and PayMaya.
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are also accepted. Cryptocurrency options are available too.
Direct bank transfers are possible but usually take 1-2 business days to process. E-wallets are instant.
Over-the-counter cash payments at partner establishments like 7-Eleven and MLhuillier are also available.
How long does delivery take?
For Metro Manila deliveries, it usually takes 1-2 business days. Provincial areas take 3-5 days.
Same-day delivery is available for Metro Manila if you order before 10 AM. There's an extra fee for this service.
Remote areas might take longer, up to 7-10 days. You'll get notifications about your delivery status.
What if I need to return an item?
You have 7 days from receipt to initiate a return. Just go to your orders page and click the return button.
Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. They'll send a courier to pick it up from your address.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after they receive the returned item. You'll get notified by SMS and email.
In my experience, customer service is helpful with returns. Just make sure to take pictures of damaged items before returning.
Are there any membership benefits?
Yes! Premium members get free shipping on all orders, 10% discount on selected items, and priority customer support.
Members also get exclusive access to sales and early notifications about new products. It's worth it if you shop regularly.
The membership fee is ₱299 per year. I've saved more than that with the free shipping alone. Highly recommend!
